University of Hawaii Athletics Director David A.K. Matlin was a guest on “The Bobby Curran Show” this past Wednesday. If you missed the interview, Matlin provided an update on the retrofitting of the Clarence T.C. Ching Athletics Complex. He said the work is proceeding on schedule, adding, “When you do a project like this, I think people can either unite or divide. From what I’ve seen at the university, we’re uniting, and that’s a special thing to see because I think that makes us better in the future.”
Matlin also talked about his plans in dealing with COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the City & County of Honolulu, including attendance limitations.
