Campbell’s quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele led a strong victory, throwing for 306 yards and four touchdowns, two to Tana Togafau-Tavui. Campbell won 48-7 against Leilehua, staying undefeated at 3-0 while giving Leilehua their first loss at 2-1. The Sabers’ offense was powerful, gaining 417 total yards, while Leilehua struggled, getting just 136 yards and converting only one of thirteen third-down attempts. Next week, both teams are scheduled for non-league games. Campbell will face Liberty in Henderson, Nevada on Friday night. Liberty had a close match against Saint Louis, winning 34-30. Leilehua, on the other hand, will host No. 9 Konawaena, the reigning D1 state champion, at Hugh Yoshida Stadium on Saturday night.
