The Hawai’i women’s soccer team’s extraordinary 2024 season ended with a 3-0 loss to Cal State Bakersfield in the Big West Conference semi-finals. Despite outshooting CSU Bakersfield 21-8, UH fell behind early due to a penalty kick and then conceded two more goals in quick succession during the second half. The Rainbow Wahine finished the season with a 12-8-1 record, having won their first Big West regular season title and set several program milestones, including a school-record for conference victories.
