Kamehameha-Maui captured its first-ever state football championship with a dominant 37-14 win over Kaiser in the HHSAA Division II title game.
Zedekaiah Campbell powered the Warriors with 239 rushing yards and a touchdown, while Kolten Waikiki-Caldeira contributed to four scores, including two touchdown passes to Tevyn Apo. Kaiser narrowed the gap to 20-14 in the second quarter, but Kamehameha-Maui responded with strong second-half drives and key defensive stops.
The Warriors held Kaiser to 185 total yards and forced two fourth-quarter turnovers to secure the historic win, claiming the crown in their third championship appearance.
