Seabury senior guard Bromo Dorn has been named the 2024-25 Hawaii MaxPreps Player of the Year after leading the Spartans to their first-ever state championship with a 29-4 record.
Dorn averaged 27.6 points per game, hitting 81 three-pointers and converting 74.3% of his free throws. He also posted 12 games with 30+ points and three with 40+, including a career-high 44 in the season opener.
In the Division II state title game, Dorn scored a game-high 20 points and was named the Most Outstanding Player as Seabury defeated Hawaii Prep 49-33.
With 1,353 points and 117 three-pointers over his final two years, Dorn’s standout performance earned him this prestigious honor, solidifying his place as one of Hawaii’s top high school basketball players.
