Interim Athletics Director Lois Manin announced Monday that Eran Ganot will return as head coach of the University of Hawai‘i men’s basketball team for the 2025–26 season, the final year of his contract.
“Coach Ganot and I met last week, and we are committed to supporting the men’s basketball program, staff, and student-athletes as we work towards a successful 2025–26 season,” Manin stated.
The decision follows a challenging 2024–25 season, in which the Rainbow Warriors missed the Big West Conference Tournament for the first time in 15 years.
