Football Tailgating Returns to UH Campus for 2025 Season

The sights, sounds, and smells of game day are making a full return to Manoa — Rainbow Warrior Football tailgating is officially back on campus for the entire 2025 season.

Tailgating will take place in Zone 13, spanning from Kennedy Theatre to Campus Center on upper campus, offering fans a convenient and lively pregame experience just a short walk away from Clarence T.C. Ching Athletics Complex.

Season & Single Game Pass Info

  • H-Club members will have priority access to purchase season parking and tailgate passes starting mid-April.
  • If space is available, single-game passes will open to the general public starting mid-summer 2025.
  • A season tailgate pass costs $250, good for one vehicle in one parking stall.
  • All passes must be purchased in advance — there will be no game-day sales.

Tailgating Guidelines

  • Tailgate lots open four hours before kickoff and close 30 minutes prior to game time.
  • Fans will choose their stalls on a first-come, first-served basis — no reserved parking.
  • Gas grills only (with propane tanks between 5–25 lbs.) are allowed; charcoal, wood, and deep fryers are prohibited.
  • No oversized vehicles or trailers are permitted.
  • UH will enforce the same rules as your favorite beach spot and the previously stated rules at Aloha Stadium with no alcoholic beverage consumption in the parking lot.
  • While TVs are allowed in tailgate setups, fans will be asked to pack up and head to the game 30 minutes before kickoff.
  • Tailgating is not allowed in Zone 20 (parking structure) due to safety concerns.

Getting There

Zone 13 is accessible from:

  • East-West Road via Dole Street (then turn left on Correa Road), or
  • Maile Way via University Avenue (then right on Correa Road after Kennedy Theatre).

Depending on where you park in Zone 13, it’s a 5–10 minute walk to the stadium, with the furthest point being less than a quarter-mile away.

Get ready to bring back the pregame energy in Manoa. Tailgating on campus is here to stay — so fire up the grill, don your green and black, and let’s cheer on the ’Bows!
