Our very own Karin Carido has been named the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) Secondary School Athletic Trainer of the Year for District 8 (FWATA). This prestigious award, bestowed by the NATA Secondary School Athletic Trainers’ Committee, recognizes exceptional athletic trainers at the secondary school level who demonstrate outstanding dedication to their profession, community engagement, and quality patient care. Karin’s selection as the District 8 winner places her among an elite group of just 11 athletic trainers nationwide to receive this honor, a testament to her leadership, advocacy, and unwavering service.
