Zion White, a 6’4″, 170-pound wide receiver from Punahou School in Honolulu, is transferring to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. A four-star recruit in the Class of 2027, White holds offers from programs like BYU, Cal, Hawaii, Utah, and Washington.
White is a standout two-sport athlete. He was named State Player of the Year in basketball after averaging 12 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 blocks per game. On the football field, he caught 42 passes for 680 yards and 7 touchdowns as a sophomore, showing great potential with his size, leaping ability, and deceptive speed.
Comparisons to former Arizona star Tetairoa McMillan highlight his upside, and while he’s still developing his burst and long speed, White’s athleticism and playmaking ability are undeniable.
Best of luck to Zion on this next chapter!
