Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa suffered a concussion during the second half of Thursday night’s game against the Buffalo Bills and was ruled out. The injury occurred in the third quarter when Tagovailoa hit Bills safety Damar Hamlin’s arm while scrambling. He initially struggled to get up and showed concerning signs but eventually walked off the field on his own. Tagovailoa, now in his fifth season, has a history of concussions, including one that ended his 2022 season. #PrayersForTua
Tua suffered a traumatic brain injury on this play, no question. His right arm shows the "fencing posture" indicating loss of consciousness & is on the severe end on the #concussion spectrum. He is done for the night and must miss the next game.pic.twitter.com/3Ur62QfBLH
