This past week, the sports world commemorated the one-year anniversary of the death of Kobe Bryant. On January 26, 2020, Kobe, his daughter Gianna and seven other people perished in a helicopter crash in California. All week long, we’ve read, watched and listened to heartfelt tributes to Kobe the player, father, husband, teammate and human being. We still mourn his passing, and we still miss him.
